Reservation Deposit & Handling Fee: One night stay requires pre-payment of total amount.  Stays of two nights or more require 50% of total stay at the time the reservation is made.  Mi Casa Su Casa accepts major credit cards which are processed at the time of booking. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10.00 for bookings.

Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a personal or business check made payable to Mi Casa Su Casa.  If preferred, the total amount may be paid in advance. Ask about a possible discount when payment is made by check, cashiers check or money order.

Confirmations - After a reservation has been confirmed and deposit received, a confirmation will be sent to you.  The confirmation will have the host names, address, phone number, directions, map and the balance due.

Balance Due - The balance due is payable to the host  with cash or travelers checks upon arrival.
(Many hosts do not take credit cards or personal checks.)

Cancellations -  For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date.  All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge.  For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellations must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.

Hosts with different policies -  In cases where the hosts have a more stringent deposit and cancellation policy, their policy will prevail.

Rates -  Rates do not include taxes where applicable and are subject to change.

Check-in, Check-out - Unless special arrangements are made with the host, the customary check-in time is 4-6 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.

Additional Information - Most B&Bs are non-smoking.  Some allow outdoor smoking on their premises.  Please advise us if you require some flexibility in non-smoking arrangements.  Children are welcome in many  lodgings.  In some B&Bs  there may be some age restrictions.

Special Occasions - We offer Gift Certificates (valid for one year) for all special occasions.

Obligations -  Neither Mi Casa Su Casa, a reservation service, nor its hosts, are responsible or liable for any damage, loss or delay incurred by any person to themselves or their property as a result of the act or omission of any person which might result through this placement. The only obligation of this service is to coordinate rentals.
