Puerto Vallarta is situated in the State of Jalisco, twenty minutes north of the Nayarit State border. It is at the center of one of the world's largest bays, the "Bahia de Banderas", or "Bay of Flags". In season, the bay has dolphins, sea turtles, giant manta rays, gray and humpback whales. Cobblestone streets and old Spanish-colonial style white stucco houses with red clay tile roofs climb the mountain sides. Minutes away is a modern marina.

Villas Alta Garza Blanca is five miles south of the town of Puerto Vallarta on a hill above the Palo Maria beach. Surrounded by tropical vegetation, the 2-story villa features designer furniture, large windows, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, satellite TV, living and dining rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a swimming pool, and the patio and outdoor hot tub overlook the ocean and the town. No breakfast is included. No smoking inside the villa. $300/day with a 3 night minimum. Plus $12 maid charges per bedroom per day.
