Originally founded for the workers who built the Glen Canyon Dam project, the town offers numerous tours and trips into the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, scenic flights over  the surrounding Indian country and to the Grand Canyon, and boat trips onto Lake Powell. The town also hosts the John Wesley Powell Museum, which contains exhibits of the Powell expedition of the Grand Canyon along with other historical figures of the surrounding area, Native American culture and geology.  Attractions include golf, Glen Canyon Dam, river rafting, art galleries, shopping and Native American dancing.  Local museums explore dinosaurs, ancient cultures and native American arts and crafts.

Guests are welcomed and catered to at this large B&B, located near Third street and South Navajo Drive Loop, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and downtown Page. It is a short drive from Lake Powell, Glen Canyon Dam and the Museum. Guests are free to enjoy the seasonal pool and patio area with a gas grill for cookouts and great view of the meteor showers during several months of the year. Two  guestrooms offer a queen bed, private bath, TV/VCR, and refrigerator. One has jetted tub and wood stove.  Full breakfast. Children welcome, smoking outside, pets welcome. 4/1-10/31 D/$95.-$125.   11/1-3/31 D/$85-100.  Tax is included.
