Amenities: This spacious 3,000 square
foot villa was built in 1994. All of the rooms are air-conditioned and heated. The first
floor features a pool house, living and dining room, fireplace, bathroom and barbecue. A
30' x 15' completely tiled swimming pool offers unobstructed views of the ocean. The
second floor has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a double bed. Each has a
full bathroom. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with includes a washer and a dryer.
The living and dining room have a fireplace, TV, video and music system and a portable
phone with message capabilities. The third floor has a master suite with a king bed,
fireplace, full bath with whirlpool tub and marble floors, a TV, phone, sofa, and a tiled
terrace overlooking the Mediterranean.
Nightly rate: $550, plus daily maid charge $10/hour with 2 hour daily
minimum
Maximum number of guests: 6
Minimum stay: 1 week
Restrictions: No pets, no children, no smoking
Deposit: All reservations must be guaranteed with a 50% deposit within
ten days of confirmation. Final payment is due 45 days before arrival (except in peak
season, when final payment is due 60 days in advance). Deposits are not refundable if
reservation is canceled.
Foreign language: Host or manager speaks English, Italian, French,
German, Spanish.
