Villas Alta Garza Blanca is just five miles south of the
town of Puerto Vallarta on a hill above the beautiful Palo Maria beach. Puerto Vallarta,
with its cobblestone streets and white stucco buildings, has a world-renowned reputation
for its shops, cozy cafes and exotic food. Surrounded by tropical plants and trees, the
two story, two bedroom, two bath villa features designer furniture, large windows and
traditional Mexican decor.
Amenities: Enter through a large
patio with a tiled 15' x 25' swimming pool. This level features a dining room, a fully
equipped kitchen and a living room with TV. There is also an air- conditioned bedroom with
two single beds and a full bath. On the other side of the villa is a patio with a large
barbecue, table, chairs and outdoor spa overlooking the ocean and the town. On the second
floor, there is a spacious air-conditioned bedroom with full bath, satellite TV, a sitting
area and a balcony with views. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the local property
manager who will help you become acquainted with your villa.
Nightly rate: Full house $300/day. Plus $12 maid charges per bedroom per
day.
Maximum number of guests: 4
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Restrictions: No smoking inside the villa
Deposit: All reservations must be guaranteed with a 50% deposit within
ten days of confirmation. Final payment is due 45 days before arrival (except in peak
season, when final payment is due 60 days in advance). Deposits are not refundable if
reservation is cancelled.
