B&B was built in the 1950's and has the oldest standing sycamore
tree in
Clark
County in the front yard. It is in the quiet John S. Park Neighborhood
listed
on
the National Register of Historic Places, and is just a few blocks
from the
glitter
and glamour found in the entertainment capital of the world. The
interior
is
"vintage charm", reminiscent of 1920's Boston and decorated
with a romantic
touch
and luxury linens. The hostess, Kerin, is very warm and pleasant and
is
a former interior designer, political activist and TV talk show
moderator who
spent
her childhood days in Boston and her school days in Seattle.

4 blocks east of Las Vegas Blvd. between the "Strip" and
downtown.

Deposit
and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment
in full for one night's stay,

balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival.

reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.

For
a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more
days

during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week
or
more,
cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
