Located in the tiny
picturesque town of Tropic this B&B is within walking distance of the park's eastern
boundary. The present owners remodeled the 1930's house in 1987
and a two-story addition was added in 1990. Come and go without entering the common rooms
or you are welcome to share the living room with other guests. There are wrap-around decks
with spectacular views where one can watch the sunset play upon the delicate pink hoodoos
of Bryce Canyon, turning them from orange to pink to lavender. Location: Four blocks from Utah Highway 12, eight
miles east of Bryce Canyon National Park headquarters.
Amenities: AC. Five spacious guest rooms, each with a shower bath, 7x5 picture windows
and large closets. Each room has been individually created and named for the four adult
children and their spouses, as well as one room named for the grandchildren. On the first
floor is the "Clark & Stacy" room with a queen bed and one twin bed. Also on
the first floor is the "Grandkids" room with a pillow top king bed. On the
second floor are "Susan & John" and "Lyn and Karen", each with one
queen bed and a trundle bed, which can become two twin beds. Also on the second floor is
the "Les and Dela" room which has a wonderful view and one pillow top king bed.
Your room will have a TV, and VCR, with both late releases and old-time favorite movies
available for your pleasure. A new separate guest cottage was added in 1996. It has a
living room with a comfortable queen size sofa-bed, a bedroom with a king bed and a bath
with tub/shower en suite. The kitchenette at one end of the living room is fully furnished
with a microwave, apartment size range and refrigerator. There is also a laundry with
washer and dryer.
Host couple interests: They own Eagle View Tours, their family and church
activities.
Rates: March 1-Oct.15 guest rooms $77, guest cottage $99.

rooms $66, guest cottage $88.
Additional guests in room: 6 years and older add $10 each,
under 6 years old free. Plus tax.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by credit card if host accepts them). At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
