Three miles from the quaint Mormon village of Spring City, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this B&B is located at the foot of the Horseshoe Mountain on 20 beautiful acres. It features a stream, breathtaking mountain and sunset views, a small farm, and an abundance of local wildlife such as elk, rabbits, chipmunks, deer, eagles and hawks. Visitors enjoy local arts including pottery, painting, wine making, and handmade furniture. Area attractions include hiking trails 2 miles away in the Manti La Sal National Forest, the Mormon Temple, golf, horseback riding, fishing, snowboarding and sledding.
Location: Near 4th South and Main St.
Amenities: AC. Three rooms each offer comfortable queen-size bed, satellite TV, and VCR with movies. The Lilac Room ($95) has a kitchenette and wheelchair accessible shower in the private bathroom. The Sunflower Room ($95) is the largest with small refrigerator, CD player,
full bath with 75-gallon jetted tub, and a garden outside the window. For family groups, the economical Rose Room ($75) has a bath with tub and shower.
Guests are welcome in the den with a wood stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and piano. They may also use the fire pit to grill up lunch or dinner on the spacious patio, and have access to laundry facilities. RV parking is available.
Host interests: Gardening, birding, caving, photography.
Rates: D/$75-95 plus tax. Winter rates available. Add $10/additional guest in room. Special packages and group rates are available.
Breakfast: Full hot breakfast of waffles and fruit, or traditional breakfast, delivered to your room or served on the patio. Complimentary snacks.
Pets in home: Outside cats, ducks and chickens

Minimum stay: 1 night
Restrictions: Children welcome. Smoking outdoors only. No alcoholic beverages are served. Facilities for boarding horses are available and other outdoor guest pets are negotiable.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or by credit card. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
