This Bed & Breakfast is on the National Register of Historic Places, and is the oldest
continuously operating bed and breakfast in Utah. Located in a residential area of Salt Lake City within minutes of
Temple Square, The Family History (Genealogy) Library, Symphony Hall and the Utah State Capitol. The University of Utah, University Hospital and other important medical facilities are also close by. 15 minute drive to the Salt Lake City International Airport. Within a 40-minute drive, there are seven Wasatch Front ski resorts. The innkeepers have collected antiques from the 19th and early 20th century, and have filled their house with these unique treasures.
Location: Near South Temple, 164 South, on 900 East.
Amenities: In the main house there are five second-floor guest rooms all including a full breakfast. Corinne ($55) has twin bed and shared bath. Soft Air ($79) has queen bed and shared bath. Sweet Sage ($79) has queen bed and shared bath. Blue Crystal ($99) has queen bed and private hall bath. Sego Lily ($109) has queen bed, private bath and fireplace.
The Bungalow ($185/night, $1000/week, $2600/month) is a fully furnished home with two bedrooms, one with queen bed and another with two twins, bathroom with shower and two-person whirlpool tub, fully equipped kitchen, and living room with fireplace and TV/VCR.
Two cottages (D/$129-149/night, $770/week) each have private entrance and parking, outdoor hot tub, living room, fireplace, TV, telephone, fully equipped kitchen and private full bath. The North Cottage has queen bed in the bedroom and queen Murphy (wall) bed in the living room. The South Cottage has
one bedroom with a queen bed and two twins. Add $10 for each additional guest. Weekly rates include weekly maid service and no breakfast.
The Deer Valley Suite ($149/night, $800/week, $2400/month) is an elegant studio with full living facilities, fireplace and whirlpool tub.
Four executive suites (D/$99-109/night, $600/week, $1500/month) are nicely furnished one bedroom-units with fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, phone, TV, and off-street parking. Alta Suite has a queen and a twin bed in the bedroom and double sofa-sleeper in the living room. Brighton Suite has a queen bed in the bedroom and double sofa-sleeper in the living room. Park City Suite and Wolf Mountain Suite each have a fireplace, and a queen bed in the bedroom. Add $15 for each additional guest.
Host couple's interests: Antiques, hunting, traveling, canoeing, back packing, mountain biking, and scuba diving.
Rates: Plus tax. Reduced rates are available for extended stay with reduced maid and continental breakfast services.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by credit card if host accepts them). At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received
10 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
