Welcome to this charming English cottage surrounded by an old-fashioned award winning garden, conveniently located just across from the Utah Shakespearean Festival and Southern Utah University. Lovely antique Victorian furnishings and vintage handmade linens add to the gracious atmosphere and offer guests
a trip back in time. It is walking distance to shopping and antiquing, dining, theater and movies, and there is a limitless variety of nearby outdoor and cultural activities to choose from. Area attractions include Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, Brian Head Ski Resort and Grand Staircase National Monument.

Amenities: AC. On the second floor, four romantic antique-filled rooms each have private bath.
The Rose Room ($95) is a romantic suite with queen bed, vintage oak furnishings and sofa and bath with antique claw-foot tub and hand-held shower.
The Hollyhock Room ($85) is charming with Victorian décor, gorgeous antique bed with crown canopy, overstuffed chair and quaint bath with shower.
The Forget-Me-Not Room ($95) is lovely with a queen and a twin bed, burled walnut and marble Victorian furniture and bath with shower. Connects to Lilac Room and is ideal for groups.
The Lilac Room ($85) is cozy with a high queen bed, bath with large shower and private entrance from the garden.
Guests are welcome in the lush gardens and in the cozy parlor with TV/VCR and a fireplace.
Host interests: History buffs who enjoy reading,
gardening, travel and antiquing.
Rates: D/$85-95 plus tax. Add $20 per additional person.
Off-season rates $65 available Nov. 1-May 31.
Breakfast: Delicious full, served on fine china in the dining room at 8:30 a.m.
Maximum number of guests: 9
Minimum stay: 1 night
Restrictions: Smoking outdoors only, children 12+ welcome, no pets.
Deposit: Pre-payment of $30 per night is required at the time reservation is made.
Cancellations: If cancellation occurs 30 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a
$25 service charge. Within the 30-day period, the deposit minus $25 will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent the accommodations for the entire period of your reservation. For stays during high season or special events, or for stays of a week or more, there may be special deposit and cancellation policies.
Check-in: 3-6 p.m. unless special arrangements are made with host
Check-out: 11 a.m.
Meeting facilities: Groups of 12 or less can be
accommodated indoors, and there is room for larger gatherings
outdoors. Small outdoor weddings possible in good weather.
