Located in the scenic
southeast corner of Utah between the towering spires of Monument Valley and the red rocks
of Arches National Park, this inn provides a friendly environment, elegant setting, and
atmosphere of simple yet sophisticated charm. Built in 1915, this comfortable home away
from home has a leaded glass front door that opens to reveal antique furniture, hardwood
floors, and a graceful balustrade. Weary travelers can relax in the cozy living room in
front of the marble fireplace or on the large front porch in the original porch swing.
Within ninety miles are such sights as Mesa Verde, Lake Powell, Canyonlands National Park,
and Natural Bridges. Location:

Amenities: Each room has a private bath, and television and telephone are provided
on request. The Wasel Washburn Room offers a Victorian setting, queen bed, whirlpool tub,
desk, comfortable easy chair, and antique armoire. The Bailey Room has traditional
decor accented by antiques, queen size oak rice poster bed, 2 wing back chairs, and
walnut armoire. The Jim Mike Room has Native American decor with authentic crafts and
artifacts, queen size Quaker poster bed, leather love seat, library table, marble- topped
washstand, and whirlpool tub. The Vet and Thora Bradford Room has elegant decor and a
vaulted ceiling, queen size cherry sleigh bed, two easy chairs, and a double shower. The
Cowboy Room, which can sleep four, has rustic decor including various items once used
by local cow hands, queen size lodge pole bed, double size sofa sleeper, VCR, and small
video library.
Rates: S/$52, D/64. Each additional adult $12. Plus tax.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:
Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by credit card if host accepts them). At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
