Fantastic Views stretch in all directions from this private 800-square-foot guest house with lush courtyard and secluded hot
tub, made private to guests. Nearby is winter skiing, and hiking and biking in forest lands, Indian pueblos, museums, galleries and lots of sunshine.
Location: Blueberry Hill Rd. and Eototo Rd.
Amenities: There is a large bedroom with a king bed. The great room has a queen sofa bed, queen futon, library, 36" cable television. There is a kitchen with all appliances and a fully equipped laundry room. The bathroom is handicap enabled.
Host interests: Arts, pottery, hiking, hosting
Rates: $115-$175/night, seasonal. Based on double occupancy. Each additional person add $10/night. Discounted rates for extended stays.
Breakfast: Stocked in the kitchen for the first morning, then breakfast is self-catering
Pets on property: 2 friendly dogs not allowed in the guest cottage.
Maximum number of guests: 6
Minimum stay: 2-5 nights, seasonal
Restrictions: No smoking on premises. Children welcome. Guest pet negotiable.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by credit card if host accepts them). At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
