This B&B is in a
hilly area and has beautiful city and mountain views. Walk to the Plaza from the B&B
in fifteen minutes. The tall entrance hall with a graceful curving stairway contains a
gallery with dozens of paintings. Location:

Amenities: The 16' x 18' room with a California king bed/or two extra long
twin beds has a private full hall bath. Guests are welcome in the living room where there
is a TV, fireplace, VCR, radio and many books. A secluded patio is accessible from the
living room. For stays of two or more weeks, there is also a large room with a queen bed,
a full bath en suite and door to the outside patio available.
Hostess interests: Her family and travel. The hostess is a santos
woodcarver, writer and painter. She is a retired professional tour guide for Santa Fe and
Northern New Mexico.
Rates: King/twin room May 2-Sept. 30 with breakfast $85, without breakfast
$80. Oct. 1-May 1 $75. Rates higher during Indian Market or holidays. For a stay of over 2
weeks deduct 10% .

Minimum stay: Two nights in king/twin room. Two weeks in queen bedroom.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment of 50% of the total
required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
