This romantic 1903
Craftsman-style home in the historic residential eastside offers all the comforts of a
fine hotel and is a short walk from the famous central Plaza galleries
and shops. It is lovingly renovated with stained glass windows with
lace curtains, gleaming hardwood floors, family antiques and flowering
gardens. Enjoy a relaxing soak under the
stars in the backyard hot tub or take your breakfast on the veranda overlooking the grass
shaded by lilacs, wisteria and apricot trees. Your hosts welcome the chance to assist you
in planning activities such as roaming the local Indian pueblos and cliff dwellings,
rafting the Rio Grande, or skiing. Included are guest privileges at the full-service El

Amenities: At the main inn property, the inn building has
five spacious king,
queen or (2) twin-bedded guest rooms offering phone and thick robes
($80-160). Some rooms have
fireplace, TV, and/or patio. three rooms have private bath, and two
share a bath. A
separate building, "The Casita" ($140-160) has king bed upstairs, living room,
private bath, kiva fireplace. Also separate from the inn building, "The Cottage"
($150-170) has queen bed upstairs, living room, kiva fireplace, kitchen
and private bath with
whirlpool tub.

On a beautiful hilltop two blocks away from the main inn property are two
100-year-old casitas ($155-215) with incredible views, perfect for long term stays, romantic getaways, and
families. Each includes kitchen, washer/dryer, phone, TV/VCR, living
room, private bath and deck, and breakfast at the main inn.
"The Juniper" has one queen bedroom and kiva
fireplace. "The Pinon" has 2 king bedrooms and a gas burning
"wood" stove.

Three blocks from the main inn property is the "Hacienda", an old adobe
compound with a flowering courtyard. Renovations include AC, TV, private bath, and phone
in each of the seven rooms ($105-150). Four of the rooms have queen beds. Three rooms have
king bed and fireplace, one of which also has sitting room with queen sofa sleeper.
Rates: Seasonal, double occupancy. Main inn guest rooms
$80-160, casita $140-160, cottage $150-170. Hilltop casitas $155-215. Hacienda rooms $105-150. The higher
rates are for March 15-November 15, the lower rates are for November 16- March 14.
Surcharge for holidays and Indian Market. Rates do not include room and sales taxes.
Add $20/additional guest in room. Weekly/monthly rates available.
Breakfast: Continental breakfast, homemade treats throughout the day
Minimum stay: 2 night minimum on weekends
Restrictions: Children over 12 are welcome in the main house, children of
any age welcome in the cottages. Well- behaved pets allowed, smoking outside only.
Deposit-Cancellation Policies: All reservations must be guaranteed by credit
card or check within 7 days after reservations are made. For stays of more than 7 days a
50% deposit is sufficient. A two-week notice of cancellation is required: otherwise, you
will receive a refund only if we are able to re-rent your room.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee.
