adobe: Hand-crafted Southwest guest house is just a four minute walk to the historic
Ranchos de Taos Plaza and the San Francisco de Asis Church, and a five minute drive to
Taos art galleries. Relax in the latilla- fenced courtyard looking West to the Rio Grande
plateau and revel in our magnificent sunsets. This intimate and cozy (950 sq. ft.) house,
completed in 1995, is situated on five acres, sloping down to its own trout stream. Location: Near Hwy. 68 & Valerio Rd.
Amenities: Sleeps four; one queen bed in the bedroom, one queen sofa sleeper
in the living room. Hand crafted details include: Saltillo tile flooring throughout,
magnificent living room, dining area and kitchen, kiva fireplace, hand-carved decorative
doors, decorative Mexican tiles throughout. To enhance your stay, the house has a fully
equipped kitchen, complete linens, TV, laundry room and a large supply of pinon firewood.
Rates: $115-175nights, seasonal. Based on double occupancy. Each additional
person is $10.00 more. Rates do not include taxes. We offer discounted rates for extended
stays.
Breakfast: First AM stocked, self- catering.
Maximum number of guests: Four
Minimum stay: 2-5 nights, seasonal
Restrictions: No smoking, no pets
Deposit-Cancellation Policies: A check is required - 50% for stays two days
or longer. We must receive this check in ten days or cancellation is automatic. Deposits
will be refunded less a $25 handling fee if you cancel at least 14 days prior to
arrival. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to your intended arrival and we
cannot re-book, you will be charged the full rate for each night not re-booked. You are
responsible for your entire stay and your balance, plus tax, is due upon arrival.
