Welcome to the Land
of Enchantment where you will find superb arts, exquisite jewelry, unique food, and
interesting people. The charming, friendly host couple focus first and foremost on
hospitality at their lovingly restored home and guest house, which combines art and
artifacts collected in Old and New Mexico. The lovely courtyard has an outdoor fireplace,
hot tub, and gardens. Guests are welcome to enjoy good conversation and delicious food in
the open gourmet kitchen, or the oversized great room with its fireplace, entertainment
center, and comfortable chairs. Location: Near Rio Grande Blvd. and Matthew
Amenities: Each colorful guest room features contemporary and antique furniture and hardwood floors. In the main house, one room has king bed, shower bath, and gas fireplace ($119), another has queen bed and shower bath ($95), and the last has double bed and full bath ($85).
In the guest house, one room has a king or two twin beds private entrance, and bath with shower and jetted tub ($139). Also in the guest house is a two bedroom suite with private entrance, living room, dining room, full kitchen, private phone, and TV/VCR. Each bedroom has a queen bed and they share a full bath ($185). The entire guest house can be rented for $324/night. Sofa sleeper available in guest house living room for $15.
Also available is a newly constructed 450 square foot Casita, done in bright and cheerful colors with saltillo tile floors ($139). It has a private bath, kitchen and bedroom with queen bed. The living room has beamed ceiling, TV/VCR, private phone and an excellent queen size sleeper sofa. There is a chimanea on the patio.

available.

Restrictions: Smoking outside only, children and pets welcome
Deposit: Rooms are reserved with a credit card (Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or
American Express) but we request payment by personal check, traveler's checks, business
check or cash.
Cancellation Policies: Please notify 14 days prior to arrival (30 days on holidays or on reservations of 3 or more rooms). If cancellation is made later, guests are responsible for the entire stay unless the room(s) can be rebooked for the same length of time. A different policy exists for Balloon Fiesta and will be discussed at the time the reservations are made. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee.
