Located by the beautiful Sandia Mountains in eastern Albuquerque, this charming Southwest Villa situated on an acre in a quiet neighborhood offers panoramic view of Albuquerque's city lights by night. There is a jogging/biking trail near by and guests are welcome to use the barbecue and to stroll through the rock gardens where there are flowerbeds, trees, a waterfall and pond. It is just and 45 minutes to Santa Fe, 20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from the ski slopes and the International Balloon Fiesta, and walking distance to the Sandia Shadow Winery which offers free tours and wine tasting daily. It is also a short distance to one of the longest trams in the world.

Amenities: Evaporative cooling. There are three very private, spacious suites each accommodating 1-4 persons. Each has Santa Fe décor, private entrance, small refrigerator, microwave, breakfast bar, TV and phone. The 2nd floor Santa Fe
Suite ($89) has a king bed, separate dining area, wet bar, double whirlpool tub, double French doors to a private veranda facing the Sandia Mountains, and sun deck with a view of city lights. The 1st floor Taos Suite ($79) has a king bed, sitting area, bath with shower, desk with computer, printer and fax, and double redwood deck with spectacular views of the city and sunset. Also on the 1st floor is the 2-room Chimayo Suite ($79) with a double and a twin bed, bath with shower, small dining area, natural granite floors, wood burning fireplace and views overlooking the garden.

Rates: Plus tax. Each extra person $10. AARP members less 10%. Add-on study with double sofa bed $20.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:
Pre-payment of 50% of the total required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
