Hacienda
Linda has an unforgettable setting,
nestled next to Saguaro National Park
West and the surrounding mountains. On 6 acres of saguaro cactus
studded land, it is a short drive from the world-renowned Arizona
Sonoran Desert Museum, Old Tucson Studios and 30 minutes from downtown
Tucson. There are numerous nationally acclaimed hiking trails nearby;
some are within walking distance.
Drawn
to the watering hole next to the Park, the wildlife is constant and
always surprising. You will see many varieties of birds and might
catch glimpses of bobcats, coyotes, javalina, deer, foxes and rabbits.
It
is an artist's retreat, where world famous photographers, painters and
writers have enjoyed a stay. Many who have visited never want to leave
because of its special beauty and tranquility.
The
home is open and airy. Guests particularly enjoy the Great Room and
the extra large patio both of which overlook the courtyard with the
beautiful fountain surrounded by subtropical and native vegetation.
Views of sunsets and Kitt Peak are incredible.
The
2,500 square foot interior can be described as Metropolitan Rustic.
The colors and architectural elements are warm and exciting!
The Pecky Cedar and wood-beamed ceiling
go throughout the home as well as the patio. The interior is an open
floor plan, each room opening up to the next, with central air
conditioning/heat throughout.
The
Great Room has a wood-burning fireplace / entertainment area with
Direct T.V. Guests enjoy gathering in the bright breakfast nook and
kitchen with its copper tin ceiling, stainless steel appliances
and barista for coffees, cappuccinos and a window facing the
courtyard.
High
speed internet and wireless (wi-fi) are available. Guests are welcome
to use the office, a golden Moroccan room, where
guests use their laptop - or write postcards to their loved ones while
looking out through French doors into the natural desert.

Amenities:
Only one bedroom is available for guests at a time. The two bedrooms
in the house are on opposite sides of home for complete privacy. Both
have Tempur-pedic beds and a private bath. Each has windows facing the
Saguaro National Park West.
The
"Elegant Oriental" bedroom has a luxurious queen-sized
adjustable bed with it's own television/DVD player with access to
DirectTV. The bathroom has a shower and artistic decor such as the red
triangular ceramic sink.
The
spacious master bedroom has a wood-burning fireplace and sitting area.
The king-sized platform bed sits in front
of a large bay window with glorious sunrise views. The bath has a
large Victorian claw foot soaking tub under two airy windows. Antique,
stained glass doors open to a separate room with shower.
Other
amenities: Access to
exercise equipment. treadmill, elliptical machine,
exercise
balls, small hand held weights.

at the next property. Call ahead to
arrange for luxurious massage on patio or at the spa. Yoga classes
provided as well.

Rates:
Queen bedroom $ 195.00 per night, $1,200.00 per week
Master
King bedroom $ 250.00 per night, $1,500.00 per week

omelets
are incredible and are worth the stay itself!
Pets
in home: One cat and
one medium sized dog, both very friendly.
Maximum
number of guests: 2 per
bedroom, or can arrange rollaway bed if needed for additional charge.

Restrictions:
Smoking outside, no
pets, adults only.
Deposit:
Pre-payment of one night or of fifty percent on stays of three days
or longer is required at the time reservation is made.
Cancellations:
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or
more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a
$25 service charge. For stays during high season or special events, or
for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be made 30 days prior
to the date of arrival.
