This lovely 4-bedroom Santa Fe-style home built in 1994 is located near the Tucson Mountains. Relax in either the front garden area or on the back patio with beautiful sunsets over Sombrero Peak, an inactive volcano. In a quiet residential neighborhood, it is perfect for walks or hiking up nearby Sombrero Peak. It is conveniently located just 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants, 20 minutes to Old Tucson (movie studio), 20 minutes to the Sonoran Desert Museum, 20 minutes to the University of Arizona, 1 hour to Mexico, and 7 minutes to Interstate 10.
Location: Near Ina Rd. and I-10
Amenities: Plenty of off-street parking is provided for guests. The front door has a keypad for guest entrance. Both the front and back patios offer different mountain views.
The Desert Daisy room is located at the other end of the house. It is an elegant room with a king bed, walk-in closet, a large picture window, a private bath with shower, and a separate entrance to the back patio.
The Desert Rose room has 2 extra-long twin beds, which can also be converted into a king bed. It has a walk-in closet with 2 windows and separate private bath with tub and shower.
TV is available for both rooms. VCR is available on request. The home has central heating and air.
Host interests: He is a graphic artist interested in computers, fishing, working with tools, gourmet cooking, walking and people. She is retired and enjoys family events, walking, reading, local sports and meeting new people.
Rates: Desert Daisy high season (Jan. 1 - May 1) $95, low season
$85.
Desert Rose high season (Jan. 1 - May 1) $85, low season $75.

Maximum number of guests: 4
Minimum stay: One night (2 nights preferred).
Restrictions: Adults only. No smoking, no pets, no alcoholic beverages.
Deposit and cancellation policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by credit card if host accepts them). At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.

Near Public Transportation: Shuttle to Phoenix is 4 miles away.
