This is intimate ranch on 160 acres in the Tucson Mountains neighboring Saguaro National Park West is the perfect adventure travel destination for travelers looking for a Dude Ranch experience. Its informal atmosphere and friendly nature make the ranch perfect for families, couples and singles as well as corporate groups. It features beautifully landscaped grounds, spectacular scenery, friendly helpful staff, and miles of protected desert terrain to explore.
Location: Sixteen miles Northwest of Tucson, at the intersection of Pima Farm Rd. and Scenic Dr.
Amenities: This ranch offers 24 rooms, all with individual A/C and bath with tub/shower. No room phone or TV will disturb your peace. Single, queen, and king beds are available as well as suites with fireplaces and whirlpool tubs.
The "American Plan" rates include breakfast, lunch and dinner, lodging, scheduled morning and afternoon trail rides, and use of the ranch facilities such as the heated swimming pool, outdoor spa, shuffle board, horse shoe courts, ping-pong, billiards, library, card table, B.Y.O.B. bar, piano, and TV/VCR. Cook outs, hayrides, picnic rides, western dancing, guided hikes and mountain climbing are just a sampling of things to do. Golfing is within a ten-minute drive.
The trail rides climb up into the mountains or wind through the desert terrain. They offer a scenic walking ride as well as faster rides for the more experienced rider. There is a weekly picnic ride into the Saguaro National Park, which is comprised of 16,000 acres of spectacular beauty. There are beginner and intermediate horseback rides. Children must be 6 years of age to participate in the trail rides. Riding lessons, moonlight rides and sunrise rides are available at an additional charge.
Rates: Seasonal rates. Standard Room D/$135-310, Deluxe Room D/$160-350, Suite D/$275-450. Third person 6+ years old $70-90, third person 5 years and under $45. Please call for current rate information. Sales tax and gratuities are additional.

Deposit-cancellation policies: Advance reservations are recommended and a one-night deposit is required to confirm dates. Should your plans change, your deposit will be refunded in full with 30 days' notice prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled 14-30 days prior to arrival, the deposit may be applied to a new booking or refunded at 50%. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be penalized at 100%. Deposit and cancellation requirements may vary for group bookings. Please call for details.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee.

Meeting facilities: The Mountain Pavilion offers 1,550-square-feet of acoustically designed interior meeting space with state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities, 24 data ports, private patio for breaks and receptions, and boulder-framed stage and lawn seating area. It is available for business and social events such as award banquets and weddings.
