Enjoy the peaceful splendor of the land and its people at this 5,500 square foot hacienda style home built in 1996 around a central courtyard. Nestled on 4 acres adjacent to open land and close to the Saguaro National Monument West, it is minutes away from I-10, golf, the Desert Museum, Old Tucson Studios, a beautiful mall, and historic downtown. Horseback riding is a short walk away. Snack bar with drinks, fruits, and goodies is available. There is an outside fireplace and don't forget your bathing suit for the 30 jet, soothing Spa.

Location: Near Ina Road and Cortaro Rd.

Amenities: Each of the three spacious rooms has a private courtyard entrance, queen bed, full bath, TV, and phone. Two have a rear patio overlooking the night lights of Tucson, and one is handicapped accessible.

The "Pueblo Room" has an old Southwest/Indian decor- including a large collection of arrowheads and artifacts. This room has a rear patio overlooking the night lights of Tucson in the distance. Private bath with both shower and tub.

The "Guadalajara Room" "A taste of Mexico." Decorated with authentic Mexican serapes, saltillo tiled floors and beautiful art. This room is rich with authenticity. It also has a rear patio that overlooks the evening Tucson lights. Private bath with shower and tub.

"Él Jardin" The "Garden Room" is a delightful, colorful room with flowers, plants, and the feeling of being in your own secret Mexican garden. Mexican Talavera tile, wicker furniture, wrought iron and lace curtains complete the air of Old Mexico. Relax to the sound of the Mexican cantara stone fountain in the courtyard outside your door. This room is handicapped accessible.

Guests have access to a fax, library, games, and laundry facilities. Horses stabled nearby.

Host interests: She loves art and creates ceramic stoneware, studied art and drafting, and currently works as a Realtor for new and resale homes. He has a "green thumb" and has many talents in building trades and has appeared in several TV commercials and motion pictures. Past businesses include restaurant, painting contractor and remodeling.

Rates: June 1-Sept. 30 S/$95, D/$115, 7th night free. Oct. 1-June 1 S/$115, D/$140.

Breakfast: Full or continental at guest request. Will cater to vegetarian diets.

Maximum number of guests: 6 Well behaved children are welcome.

Minimum stay: 1 night

Restrictions: Smoking outside only, no pets

Pets in Home: None

Deposits: One half of entire stay in advance whether by credit card, check, or money order to hold your reservation, the balance due upon arrival.

Cancellations: must be made 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival in order to receive a refund; however, $25.00 will be charged with the balance refunded. No refunds during the 2 week cancellation period unless your room is re-rented, in which case only the $25.00 fee will be charged with the balance refunded accordingly. During the months of February & March we require a 30 day notice of cancellation.

Airport pick-up available: To and from the Tucson Intl. Airport with advance notice at no charge.

Check-in: 3-6 p.m. or as otherwise arranged in advance

Check-out: 12 noon (if you have a later flight you are welcome to remain in our home even though you must vacate your room for in-coming guests)
