Conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this charming 360 square foot studio-style guest house is only 4.6 miles from downtown and ½ mile from Reid/Randolf Park, home of the city zoo, tennis, jogging/biking trails, and a public golf course and driving range.
Location: Just North of Broadway off Swan
Amenities: Newly refurbished, the cottage sits beside the seasonal pool in a pleasantly landscaped yard with outdoor tables and grill for guest use. Tastefully decorated with tile floors, Mexican pine furniture, and a copper dining room set. Queen bed, cedar lined closet, fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove and oven, and bath with extra large shower, towels, soap and shampoo. Off street parking, TV, and private telephone with unlimited local calling and credit card or collect long distance service. Fax access available and laundry service by host at reasonable fee.
Host interests: Biking, roller blading, cooking, gardening
Rates: $500/week, $1,500/month
Breakfast: Stocked with first morning self-catering welcome breakfast of homemade muffins, juice, coffee, and fruit
Maximum number of guests: 2
Minimum stay: 3 days

Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment of 50% of the total
required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
