This
friendly hostess welcomes guests to a beautiful two story house with
spacious guest accommodations. Her home is located in a quiet gated
community near the Santa Catalina Mountains and has wonderful mountain
and city views. It is conveniently located near La Encantada, a new
shopping mall where you will find many boutiques to browse in as well
as find AJ’s Fine Gourmet Grocery store, which has Tucson’s
favorite bakery and deli. It is about 30 minutes to the University of
Arizona, five minutes to shopping and restaurants, 15 minutes to
Sabino Canyon.

AC. On the first level, there is an office, two bedrooms and two
baths, living room with cable TV, kitchen
and laundry. One bedroom, the "Mountain View Room"
($120/night) has a queen bed, and a private hall bath with tub/shower.
The second bedroom, the "Sunset Room", ($95/night) is for
members of the same party as the guests in the "Mountain View
Room". The "Sunset Room" ($95/night), has a full size
bed and a private hall bath. There is a patio where guests enjoy the
views which has a dining table, chairs and a swing.
On
the second level is the spacious "Vista Room" ($140/night)
which offers wonderful views from the large windows. Guests enjoy the
private patio with a dining table, chairs and a swing. The great room
has sofas, easy chairs, a large private kitchen and laundry. There is
a comfortable queen pull down bed and two baths. One bath has a tub
with hand-held shower and the other bath has a shower.
Host
couple: enjoys her
family, meeting guests, competitive ballroom dancing and occasionally
works as a tour guide.

reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.

Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit
cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending
receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For
a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more
days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25
service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special
events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received
30 days prior to arrival date.
