quiet and city close. Guests who are star-gazers enjoy this
guest house! On four acres, this recently-built 1,100 square
foot guest house has a 350 square foot covered porch and many
amenities. The guest house is entered from a different street
than the main house. There is a wash with a bridge over it in
between the guest house and the main house. At the main house,
guests are welcome to use the heated pool, heated spa and 4-hole
putting green. Lucky guests might see the local pair of great
horned owls, red tailed and Harris hawks, or a family of javelinas,
coyotes, Gambel quail or roadrunners.
Location: Near Pantano and Camino Seco
Amenities: Guests have their own air conditioning and heat
controls. The living room has a double sliding glass door with mountain views. It also has a queen sofa-bed, two leather
reclining chairs, a gas beehive fireplace, a large southwest woolen
rug and satellite TV. The bedroom has a queen bed, satellite TV
and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a sunken Roman tub and
separate shower. There are two vanities in the bath. The
extra-large kitchen is fully furnished and has two ovens, gas cook
top, microwave, garbage disposal, large refrigerator with ice maker,
coffee maker and toaster. There is a laundry with washer and
dryer exclusive to guests. An outside natural gas barbecue is
available.
Hosts' interests: Nature, business, construction
Rates: Two nights, $150/night. Three or more nights,
$125/night. For more than two persons, add $25 per additional
person. One month $2,800.
Breakfast: Staples are stocked, but guests furnish their own
breakfast.
Maximum number of guests: 4
Minimum stay:
2 nights
Restrictions: Smoking on patio only. Well-behaved children
8+, swimmers only, welcome.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment of 50% of the total
required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
Check-in: 4-6 p.m. unless special arrangements are made with
host.
Check-out: 11 a.m.
