This
exceptionally beautiful home, cottage and guest studio is on a hilltop
with panoramic mountain and city views, surrounded by 20 acres where
one can see many birds. The main house, built in 1964 in a Southwest
hacienda style around a central courtyard with fountain, has
Southwestern décor, original art, and a large sunken living room with
fireplace for guests to enjoy. The pool is heated with solar heat,
which extends the swimming season somewhat. Fifteen minutes to the
University of Arizona, 10 minutes to shopping, near Mt. Lemmon and
Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park East and Colossal Cave.

Room 2 has a king bed or extra-long twin beds, TV, private full bath.
There
is a handsome, spacious guest cottage which has a living room with
wood-burning fireplace, queen sofa bed, bedroom with queen bed, bath
with tub and shower and full kitchen. It has a private terrace and is
near the swimming pool.
There
is also a 1,200 square foot Artist’s Studio with private entrance
and terrace. Divided into 2 large rooms, it is decorated with original
art such as oil paintings, watercolors and sculpture. It has a very
comfortable queen size pillow top bed, Sealy sofa-bed, 2 wing back
chairs, TV/VCR and a lot of windows with spectacular views. The bath
has tub, shower and double vanities. There is a washer/dryer, and the
kitchen has full stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Rates:
Guest rooms $120. Guest cottage $175. Artist’s Studio $120 without
kitchen use, $155 with kitchen use. $40. for each additional person in
the cottage.
Deposit
and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment
in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2
nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to
the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the
reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.

cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending
receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
Deposit
will be refunded (less a $25 fee) only if accommodation can be totally
re-booked.
