Quiet Catalina foothills town-home surrounded by lush desert flora, one of
Tucson's nicest areas. The outgoing hostess is a medical librarian with a background in
the travel industry, having been a former tour director for a major tour company and a
former employee of Qantas Airways, the Australian International Airline. She spends her
free time hiking and backpacking and has completed many trips to the bottom of the Grand
Canyon. A few minutes away is La Paloma Country Club; within ten minutes is the Ventana
Canyon Resort as well as Sabino Canyon Recreation Area.
Location: Near Swan and Sunrise
Amenities: The decor is contemporary with white Italian tile floors. Guests have
enjoyed the firm king size waterbed and full bath en suite. There are two pools in the
complex which guests are welcome to use. One is adjacent to the house for summer swimming. The
other pool is heated for winter swimming and this pool plus a hot tub
are a short walk from the house. Hot tub
facilities are available. Near tennis courts. Light kitchen and laundry privileges. Guests
enjoy feeding birds in the private yard area just outside the sliding glass doors by the
patio.
Host interests: Hiking, reading, bird watching and
gardening.
Rates: Winter: Single $75; Double $85. Summer: $55. Discounts available for
long-term stays.
Breakfast: Full offered on weekends, continental week days.
Pets in home: None
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Restrictions: No smoking, no children
Pet possible: a small to medium sized dog negotiable

Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment
of 50% of the total required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date. |
