comfortable B&B is in a scenic residential area 25 minutes from
the airport and about 15 minutes from the University of Arizona. It is
near Ventana Canyon and 5 minutes from Sabino Canyon. The 700-sq.-ft.
apartment is attached to the main house. It offers comfort and privacy
as it has a private entrance. Great views of the city, desert and
mountains can be seen from the patio, and mountain views from the
studio apartment.

pillow
top king-size bed, full-sized sofa bed, cable TV, VCR, CD/cassette

Deposit
and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment
in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2
nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to
the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the
reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.

Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit
cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending
receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For
a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more
days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25
service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special
events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received
30 days prior to arrival date.
