This
charming B&B is surrounded by mature desert plants at the end of a
street in a small,
well-maintained
complex. Oversized pots filled with exotic and desert hardy plants
decorate both the front and back patios. It is conveniently located -
20 minutes to the University of Arizona, five minutes to shopping and
restaurants, pharmacies, shopping malls, theatres and services.

West of Oracle Road, south of Orange Grove Road
Amenities:
Enter the house through
a leaded glass front door into a large foyer. The spacious guest suite
is to your left. The suite consists of two connecting rooms with bath
and features a queen size Beautyrest pillow top mattress, Pima cotton
bedding, large leather recliner, dresser, table with two chairs and
two closets. A twin bed and TV in the second room is available for a
third guest. Both rooms have large windows overlooking the back patio
and nature areas. There is a DVD/cable TV with an assortment of
contemporary and classic movies, high-speed internet, a small
refrigerator, microwave, clock radio, telephone and hair drier. The
bath with tub and shower has separate vanity and bath areas.
Guests
are welcome in the living room with a cathedral ceiling, large
fireplace, comfy seating and plenty of books to browse through.
Original art is displayed throughout the home. There are many walking
areas to enjoy and a heated spa or seasonally heated pool available in
the complex.
Hostess:
Your hostess retired
from her careers in design and management and her main interests now
are her family, hosting, oil painting and cooking. Her art has been
shown in Tubac for many years.
Breakfast:
Full, hearty breakfast. Birds and wildlife entertain while you
breakfast by the kitchen bay window, in the dining room or on the back
patio.
Maximum
number of guests: Three
Rates:
$110 per night. Third person, add $25.00 per night.
Minimum
stay: 2 nights
preferred. For a one night stay, please add $10 to the above rates.
Check
in: 4-6 PM or as
otherwise arranged
Check
out: 11 AM or as
prearranged.
Restrictions:
No children or pets, and no smoking in the house
Deposit:
Pre-payment in full for
one night’s stay, or 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more
required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the hostess in
cash or travelers checks upon arrival.
Mi
Casa Su Casa charges a service fee of $10 for all bookings. Mi Casa Su
Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards.
Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of
a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
Cancellation
Policy: For a refund of
deposit, cancellation notice must be received by Mi Casa Su Casa 14 or
more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a
$25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special
events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received
30 days prior to arrival date. |
