This lovely bed and
breakfast, with four guest accommodations, offers you a breathtaking, unobstructed view of
Tucson and the Catalina Mountains. A health trail, restaurants, the Tucson mall, shopping
centers and scenic attractions are just minutes away. Much to see: Sabino Canyon, Colossal
Cave, Old Tucson, Desert Museum, Saguaro National Monument, Biosphere 2, Pima Air Museum,
and Mount Lemmon (with) winter skiing. Much to do: hiking, horseback riding, golf, bird
watching, and bicycles for loan by the hosts.
Guests are welcomed at the main house for seasonal swimming and relaxing in the hot tub
(heated on request). The extra large patio has BBQ facilities and can accommodate a
gathering of up to 40 people. The European hosts enjoy assisting with travel and sight
seeing plans, and offer a BBQ meal for group events at an extra charge.
As an added value, a superb local French restaurant offers all guests a special 20%
discount. You may dine at the restaurant, or arrangements can be made for delivery to your
accommodation. They can also cater gatherings at the B&B.

Amenities: Two guest suites, the "Ocotillo" and the "Paloma
Upstairs",
each have private entrance from a landscaped patio and a bedroom with a large armoire and
a queen-size bed. Warmly decorated living rooms have TV, VCR, phone, queen size sofa bed,
and large picture window with peaceful views. Each also has a dining area, large full
bath, and full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, silverware, and
more. The very large ground level "Ocotillo" is completely handicapped
accessible, has a washer/dryer, and a computer with a printer.
The "Pool Studio" has a private entrance from a landscaped patio just
4 steps from the pool. Spacious living room has TV, VCR, phone, dining area, washer/dryer,
folding wall full size bed, twin sofa bed, and private shower bath. It has the same
kitchen amenities and nice views as the guest suites.
Also available in the main house is a guestroom with queen bed, TV, VCR, radio and large
shared full bath.
All accommodations offer free computer service with DSL Internet
connection, and there is one RV parking space available.

Rates: Jan. 15-April 15: 'Ocotillo' and 'Paloma Upstairs' Suites each $135, During the Gem and Mineral Show, Suites $155, 2-week minimum. 'Pool Studio' and 'Main House Guestroom' each S/$65 D/$75.
April 15-Sept. 15: Suites each S/$75 D/$85, Studio S/$55 D/$60, Guestroom S/$50 D/$55.
Sept. 15-Jan. 15: Suites each $115, Studio S/$60 D/$65, Guestroom S/$50 D/$55.
During April 15-January 15, the 7th night is free for stays of one week, and the last week is free for stays of one month.
Add $10/night for each additional guest.
Breakfast: Continental, stocked in accommodations - may be enjoyed in the patio area surrounded by wildlife and serene landscaping.

Minimum stay: 2 nights
Restrictions: Smoking on patio only, pets possible, children 12+ welcome.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment of 50% of the total
required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by credit card if host accepts them).
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
