residential area at the beginning of the Catalina Foothills. This
architect designed 1,100-square-foot guest suite with a private
entrance is attached to but separate from the main house. The interior
is elegant with Scandinavian and Southwestern accents. It is 20
minutes from the University of Arizona, and an easy drive to the
Biosphere 2, Saguaro National Monument West, Sonora Desert Museum, Old
Tucson, San Xavier Mission, and Nogales, Mexico. Nearby are golf
courses, hiking trails, horseback riding and much more.

AC. The spacious and comfortable guest accommodation has one king-size
bed, full kitchen, walk-in closet, radio, stone fireplace and area
reading materials. The plush bathroom has many mirrors, tub and a
separate extra-large shower. The patio overlooks the sparkling
swimming pool, which is solar heated, extending the summer swimming
season somewhat. There is garage parking, and once-a-week housekeeping
is included in the rate.

Deposit
and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment
of 50% of the total required at time of reservation. The balance is
due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time
the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for
bookings.

cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending
receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For
a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 30 or more
days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25
service charge.
