For long-term rental,
experience the serenity of the Sonoran desert in an adobe casita on 1 2/3 acres. Built in
1938, this property includes many citrus trees and a cactus garden. In 1995, an architect
and his wife became the new owners of the historic main house and casita. 20-30 minutes
to the University of Arizona; 30-40 minutes to Tucson International Airport.
Location: Near Orange Grove and Oracle Road
Amenities: AC and heating system. The delightful 782-square-foot guest cottage
offers a fireplace and leather sofa in the living room, bedroom with a queen
bed,
kitchenette, bathroom with hand painted tile and a shower. There is cable TV/VCR, stereo,
private phone and a picture window looking out on an ancient mesquite tree. Mexican
furniture and handicrafts give Casa Serena its special warmth and charm. Available is a
roll away bed and port-a- crib. The Pullman-style kitchenette has a refrigerator,
cook top,
microwave, toaster oven, double hot plate and breakfast counter with chairs. Patio and
picnic table.

Rates: Jan. 1-May 1: $1750 for one month, $1650/month for two months, $1550/month for 3 months,
$1450/month for 4 months. May 1-Jan. 1: $1500/month. Discount for multiple month stays may be
available May-Jan. Three-week stays are 75% of monthly rate.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies: For one-month stays, prepayment of 50% is required at the time reservation is made. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. For longer stays, deposit to be arranged at time reservation is made. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 30 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. |
