This B&B is a
quiet, spacious Southwest adobe home with cooing morning doves, hundred year old cacti and
beautiful landscapes. Nestled below the Catalina Mountains, it allows guests to witness
spectacular sunsets and brilliant changing colors on the mountains. It is within walking
distance (1« miles) of Tohono Chul, and 20 minutes from downtown Tucson or the Sonora
Desert Museum and Old Tucson.
Location: Near Oracle Rd. and Giaconda
Amenities: There are five rooms each with a unique style and each has a TV.
The "Duke Room" (S/$70-D/$80; week $500; month $1,500) has a king bed, private
entrance off the patio and a private bath with shower. The decor features a John Wayne
picture and western spurs. A large mirrored closet spans one wall.
The "Arizona" and "Kansas" rooms (S/$55-D/$65; week $400; month
$1,200) are adjoining and share a bath. These rooms have pictures relating to each state.
Each has a queen bed and large mirrored closet.
The "Miss Kitty" room (S/$65-D/$75; week $450; month $1,350) is off the foyer
with queen bed and has a private bath with tub/shower.
The "Outback" (S/$70-D/$80; week $500; month $1,500) has a sitting room with a
single sofa bed, a rocking chair, a desk and a large mirrored closet. The separate bedroom
has a queen bed and a closet; the bath has a large shower. Here guests can dream of being
in Australia as they look out at the beautiful mountain view to the east. It has it's own
separate entrance to the patio and driveway and is completely private from the rest of the
house. ($5/night for a third person.)
Rates: $65-$80, $10 extra for one night stays. Long term rates available.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by credit card if host accepts them). At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
20% of deposit returnable if cancellation notice is given two weeks in advance of reserved date. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
