is a wonderful location very close to galleries, shopping, and
restaurants. Our beautiful sights of Tucson, such as the Sonora Desert
Museum and Sabino Canyon, are only 20 to 30 minutes away. This is a
quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac with great views of our four
mountain ranges and of our city. It is perfect for a mile or two mile
walk or close to more strenuous hiking trails or simply relaxing on
your own patio."

Amenities:
AC. The primary guest area (the King Room) is located at one end of
the house with a semi-private entrance. This large room has a king
bed, double sofa bed, TV, VCR available, small refrigerator, house
phone, a walk-in closet and private bath with shower. Sliding glass
doors offer a view overlooking Tucson and lead to a patio and pool for
seasonal swimming. Guests are provided with an automatic garage door
opener and can proceed from their car directly into the guest area.
The
Queen Room is in the main part of the house. Guests for this room
enter through the front door. The Queen Room is a large room with
beige carpeting. It has a comfortable queen wall bed, a private bath
with tub and shower, a sofa, easy chair and TV. There is a private
exit through sliding glass doors to the pool and patio which has an
overview of Tucson.

Deposit
and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment
in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2
nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to
the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the
reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.

Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit
cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending
receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For
a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more
days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25
service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special
events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received
30 days prior to arrival date.
