beautiful 1931 California Mission-style house with original oak floors
is in a National Historic District, walking distance to the University
of Arizona and a mile from the University Medical Center. Out back is
a walled, sunken garden with very large mature shade trees, a fountain
and splashes of colorful flowers. A short drive to the airport,
shopping, downtown and golf, it is a peaceful getaway for pleasure or
business travel. Nearby attractions include the Kitt Peak Observatory,
Biosphere II, Sonora Desert Museum, Kartchner Caverns, San Xavier del
Bac Mission, Pima Air and Space Museum, Mt. Lemmon, Sabino Canyon,
Tohono Chul Park, Botanical Gardens and the Chiricahua and Saguaro
National Monuments.

"Nogales" faces the Catalina Mountains, with large galley
bath (tub/shower combo). Mexican queen wrought iron canopy bed, plus

The
"Santa Fe" is a larger room, accommodating up to three
people, with queen four poster Lodge Pole bed under beamed wooden
ceiling, and "pop-up trundle" bed (standard size twin).
French double doors open to patio and fountain garden. Mexican tile
bath with enclosed shower stall (no tub). Tile floors throughout,
writing desk, in-room phone, ceiling fan, refrigerator, central AC. In

The
"Pima" is a small (10.5' x10') but comfortable room
accommodates one person only. Native American motif, original oak
floor and arched window facing the Catalinas. Full sized antique iron
bed, bath with tub/shower enclosure and interesting wooden beamed
ceiling. Ceiling fan, central AC. Single only, in season rates:
$85-$90. No tax added.

Deposit:

Cancellations:
If cancellation occurs 3 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit
will be refunded minus a $25 service charge. Within the 3-day period,
the deposit minus $25 will be issued only if we are able to re-rent
the accommodations for the entire period of your reservation. For
stays during high season (Jan-Apr) cancellation period increases to 7
days. Parties booking 2 or more rooms, cancellation must be made 14
days prior to the date of arrival.
