Inside this 1905 Victorian house, you will find a warm Western welcome and
gracious hospitality. Featured in Arizona Highways, Travel and Leisure,
and Gourmet magazines, the Inn is comprised of four buildings and there is an attractive
flower-filled patio with lawn, shade trees and a splashing fountain, perfect for
special events such as small
weddings and receptions. The main house has been beautifully restored and decorated with
period furniture from the innkeeper's family in England. It is conveniently located within
walking distance of the University of Arizona, the Historic District,
Flandreau Planetarium, shops, restaurants, museums and theatres.
Nearby attractions include Kartchner Caverns, Biosphere, San Xavier
del Bac and Nogales.
Location: Near University and Euclid
Amenities: AC and evaporative cooling. All rooms have access to
TV and telephone, and there is off street parking.
The one large guestroom in the main house is
furnished with English antiques, has windows on all sides, a queen bed and a private bath
with shower across the hall.
Next to the main house, the "730 Annex" was built in the twenties and also
contains antique furniture. Two bedrooms each have private bath with shower. One bedroom
has a queen bed, the second a king or two twin beds. There is a large comfortable shared
sitting room and full kitchen.
Behind the Annex, the "Casita" is a small studio apartment
with Mexican decor, one bedroom with a king or two twin beds, bath with shower, living room and kitchenette
which has a stove with oven and a refrigerator.
Across the patio from the main house are two adjoining guesthouses, "Sunrise"
and "Sunset", ideal for two
couples or a family. Each has a living room, two bedrooms on the second floor, one and
a half baths, full kitchen, laundry and a private patio. "Sunrise" has one bedroom with a queen bed and the other
bedroom has twin beds. "Sunset" has a queen bed in each bedroom.
Hostess: Has published a cookbook of breakfast delights, enjoys hosting and travel.
Rates: Sept. 1-June 1. S/$98. D/$108. One-bedroom suite $135. Two-bedroom
guesthouse $185.
June 1-Sept. 1. S/$75. D/$85.
One-bedroom suite $95. Two- bedroom guesthouse $130.
Plus tax. The casita has no weekly
rates during February and March. Weekly and monthly rates are available for other months.
Breakfast is not included in long term stays.
Breakfast: Full gourmet, served buffet style. Special diets can be accommodated
with advance notice.

Minimum stay: Two-night minimum for all holiday and special event weekends
Restrictions: Smoking outside, no pets, children of all ages welcome in guesthouses
Deposit-Cancellation Policies: All reservations require a guarantee by credit card
or by special arrangement. Reservations canceled, either fully or in part, less than 10
days before arrival are subject to a one-night charge. Credit will be given for another
date if the room is resold. No credit or refund will be given for no shows.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee.
