Centrally located in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood two blocks east of the University of Arizona, this gracious 1933 inn exemplifies Tucson and it's lifestyle. Decorated in Santa Fe style, it was constructed with one-foot-thick adobe walls, beamed ceilings, fireplaces and stained glass windows. Guests are treated to comfortable guest rooms, delicious breakfast, hot tub and solar heated pool. The grounds are surrounded by desert landscaping and tall thick walls, which enhance privacy. Within walking distance of the university and it's medical center, it is also a short distance to Sabino Canyon, Fourth Avenue shops, San Xavier Mission, Pima Air and Space Museum, Sonora Desert Museum, Biosphere, Tohono Chul Park and much more. The "Sam Hughes Room" (Sept.-May $165/June-Aug. $115) is a deluxe room with king bed, kiva fireplace and hardwood floors. The bath features custom tile, shower, deep soaking tub and stained glass skylight. Sleeps 2.
The "Atanacia Room" (Sept.-May $150/June-Aug. $105) has queen bed, beehive fireplace, stained glass window, bath with tub and shower, beamed ceilings and private entrance to the bougainvillea-draped pool area. Sleeps 3.
The "Santa Catalina Room" (Sept.-May $115/June-Aug. $75) offers a king or two twin beds, fully equipped kitchen, decorative floor tile, secluded patio, bath with shower. Sleeps 2.
The "Santa Rita Suite" (Sept.-May $165/June-Aug. $115) is the largest accommodation, featuring full-size kitchen, separate bedroom with king bed, bath with tub and shower, and private balcony. Perfect for long term stays and dining in. Sleeps 4.
The "Casita" (Sept.-May $125/June-Aug. $85) adjacent to the pool area is decorated with Mexican Talavera pottery and has Mexican saltillo tile, queen bed, separate sitting room, desk, bath with shower, small refrigerator and microwave oven. Sleeps 3.
The "Rincon Room" (Sept.-May $95/June-Aug. $65) is quiet and relaxing with queen bed, oak floors, bath with shower, desk and small refrigerator. Ideal for students and professionals. Sleeps 2.

Deposit and cancellation policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by credit card if host accepts them). At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
