the heart of downtown Tucson, convenient to shops, theatres, museums, restaurants, golf,
tennis, and 6 miles from airport. Charming 1886 American Territorial Adobe mansion has
been featured in books and articles. Restored by the owners, it is a delightful oasis with
two courtyards with fountains and lush gardens.

Amenities: A/C. There are four guest accommodations, all with TV and radios.
"The Carriage House" is furnished with period antiques, and has a private
entrance to the courtyard. The bedroom has a queen bed, bath with shower. There is a queen
sofa bed for a third person in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the main
house, there is a compact "Gate House Suite" with a private entrance to the
courtyard, sitting room-bedroom with a queen bed, full bath. Pullman style kitchen. There
is also a "Victorian Suite" located within the main house. The bedroom has a
queen bed with full bath and the separate parlor is furnished in antique wicker and has a
fireplace. Also in the main house is the charming "Quilt Room" with a queen bed,
and small private bath with shower. Complimentary beverages and goodies are served in the
afternoon. State of the art health club three blocks from B&B offers swimming, a spa
and exercise equipment.
Hostess: is from Virginia and is interested in historic houses, antiques, fine
cooking, horticulture, interior design.
Rates: Carriage House $135. Third person $20/day. Gate House Suite
$115. Victorian
Suite $115. Quilt Room $105. Monthly rates 15% less. Plus tax.

Minimum stay: 2 nights for all accommodations; in high season mid Jan.- May 15, 3
night minimum in Carriage House.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment of 50% of the total
required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by credit card if host accepts them). At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
