After
Juan Bautista de Anza led colonists westward to found San Francisco in
1776, the Tubac Presidio was relocated 50 miles north to Tucson.
Today, the former Tubac Presidio encompasses a state park and museum.
Visitors will find 75 art galleries, boutiques and restaurants within
walking distance of this B&B.
The
inn is a 1978/1992 Spanish Colonial located in the Historic District
of Tubac on three acres of gardens with two fish ponds.

Amenities:
The two pleasantly appointed guest rooms with Southwest accents have
easy access to parking. They are on the first floor, each with a
ground floor private entrance. The "Queen’s Wreath" unit
has a patio, a queen wall bed, private bath, a fireplace, complete
kitchen with microwave, electric range, oven, refrigerator, wet bar
and coffee maker. The "Jasmine" unit has a queen bed, a
private bath, refrigerator, wet bar and coffee maker. Both have
internet access and wireless DSL as well as a TV/VCR and tape library.
The rooms do not have telephones.
Rates:
$125-$145. Special events and one night stay on week-end, higher rate.
Breakfast:
The continental breakfast is placed in each kitchenette area, and
guests
serve themselves.
Maximum
number of guests: 4
Minimum
stay: 2 nights
preferred.

Deposit
and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment
in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2
nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to
the host in cash, travelers checks, Visa or Mastercard credit cards
upon arrival. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a
service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi
Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit
cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending
receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For
a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more
days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25
service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special
events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received
30 days prior to arrival date.
