distance of Arizona State University, Casita Sonora offers accommodations for
short term or extended-stay visitors. Guests will not only find
comfortable appointments in the traditional hacienda-style guesthouse, but also the convenience a of compete kitchen, laundry facilities,
high-speed Internet and long-term parking.
There are countless boutiques and restaurants just blocks away from the house.
Perfect for those looking for a respite from the chill of winter, coming to ASU for graduation or just passing through the valley on the way to the Grand Canyon. Whether staying
three nights or one month, you are welcomed here with all the comforts of home.
Location: Near 5th Street and Roosevelt
Amenities: AC. The two-story one bedroom loft-style unit has "shabby chic" antique design with queen sleigh bed. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed. The bathroom has separate shower and toilet and there is a living room with TV, VCR, stereo and Internet access. The full kitchen has stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and cooking utensils. There is a washer/dryer that are accessible from the unit, plus an iron and ironing board and a good amount of storage space.
Rates: 1-2 guests $125/night plus $40. cleaning
fee. For third and fourth guest add $10 per guest per night.
Non-walking infants are free. Plus tax. Monthly rates.
Breakfast: Staples furnished. (Coffee, tea, etc.)
Maximum number of guests: 4
Minimum stay: Three nights.
Restrictions: Smoking outdoors only. Children and guest pets negotiable.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies: 50% of the total for stays of
3 nights or more. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon
arrival or by credit card. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during holidays or special events, or for stays of a month or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
