This extraordinarily beautiful contemporary home with a European flair on a lovely lake is a perfect setting for a bed and breakfast. Enjoy breakfast on a delightful redwood deck overlooking the lake. Afternoon tea is served, as well as refreshments in the evening on a sunset boat ride. It is 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and 10 minutes from Arizona State University and charming downtown Tempe with a wonderful variety of shopping, dining and parks by Tempe Town Lake.
Location: Near Baseline Road and Rural Road
Amenities: The nicely decorated guest room has a queen bed, private
hall bath with tub and shower, cable TV and telephone. Guests are welcome to use the family room, living room and deck at any time.
The office, which has a twin bed, is available for a party of
three. ($50-85.)
Host interests: Enjoys people and entertaining. Is a world traveler and speaks a little Japanese and Spanish. Enjoys all music, particularly classical and jazz.
Rates: $110/night for 2 or more nights. One night stay $135.

Minimum stay: Two nights preferred
Restrictions: Smoking allowed outside only, no pets please, adults only.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
