Two guest rooms can comfortably accommodate four people. One bedroom
has a full size bed and the other has twin beds. Each room has
it’s own TV and compact refrigerator. These two rooms share an
attractive bath with tub and shower across the hall. Guests are
welcome in the living room and attractive large back yard. Cable TV
and fax facilities are available.

High season (Nov. 1 to May 1) Single or Double $65. per room.
One-night stay add $10. Special events $65/night. Low season
(May 1 to Nov. 1) $50. Single or Double per room. Plus tax.

10% less. 7 or more days 10% less. Airline or military 10% less. Gift

Breakfast:
Continental breakfast, which consists of a hot beverage, juice or
fresh fruit in season, Danish or muffins, and hot or cold cereal. Full
breakfast is served on weekends. The hostess does not do special diets
such as diabetic or vegetarian.

Deposit:
Any booking under 7 days should be prepaid entirely in advance. 7
days or more -- 50% required at time of reservation. The
balance is due to the hostess upon arrival. The hostess accepts Visa
and MasterCard credit cards, travelers checks, money orders, cash.
Personal checks are accepted with valid ID (drivers license or credit
card).

Casa Su Casa charges a one-time service fee of $10 for all bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit
cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending
receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
Cancellation
Policy: All
Cancellations/Changes are subject to a $50. fee. Cancellations/Changes
Notice Time - 7 Days. If 7-Day Notice is given, your deposit less $50.
will be returned to you. (The Cancellations/Changes fee applies if you
shorten or change your stay after the deposit has been sent.)
