This lovely 2-story Victorian was built in 1890 by Osmer D. Flake, and lovingly renovated and redecorated with period antiques by the current owners. The lush grounds offer lawns, rose bushes and flowers plus Douglas Fir, Cypress, Elm and
a variety of fruit trees. To the rear of the building is a large brick patio with a fountain, BBQ grill, chairs and lounge swing. Visitors enjoy relaxing on the large front porch or in the parlor containing old books, an 1850 Chickering piano and a 32" TV with DVD player. The antiques in the inn are offered for sale.
Located in the historic district, it is within 3 blocks of three heritage museum pioneer homes furnished in period and open for tour. Nearby are a Mormon Temple, a 27-hole golf course, primitive hiking trails for bird and wildlife watchers, horseback riding stables, Petrified Forest, Painted Desert, Sunrise Ski Resort, fishing in the White Mountains, and Indian reservation trading posts selling tribal handicrafts.

Amenities: Each of the 11 rooms (including a gorgeous honeymoon suite) is decorated
in antiques with it's own colors and personality. Each room has queen bed, private bath and shower (in reproduction brass claw-foot tubs), two with large whirlpool tubs for two. Each also has gas log fire stove and AC, individual climate controls for heat and cool, 27" satellite TV tucked away in the armoire, coffee/tea service, antique replica phones with touch dialing, and Internet port. Hair dryers are available on request. One room has handicap accessible roll-in shower and regulation bathroom size for wheel chairs.
Available to guests is an eight-person hot tub, exercise room, laundry room, ice machine and free soft drinks. Evening dessert, cordials and hors d'oeuvres are offered.
Host interests: Travel, history, genealogy, fishing and most importantly, their 37 grandchildren.
Rates: $60-$120 plus tax. Add $25 for small cot for small child. Baby crib available at no extra cost. Inquire about discounts and specials.
Breakfast: Full gourmet served in the dining room with large windows looking out onto the grounds or on an outside patio in summer months. Breakfast for non-guests by reservation only. Great Italian and Mexican restaurants within walking distance from the inn.
Restrictions: Children welcome, no pets. Smoking on outside patio only.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by credit card if host accepts them). At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.

Meeting facilities: Next door to the inn is a host-owned antique store with old-fashioned soda fountain. On the second floor of the building, the large Social Hall is decorated in 1890 furniture and available for groups up to 160 people. Luncheons and dinners can be catered, and entertainment can be arranged.
