This quiet, intimate B&B is designed for guests' comfort and convenience. Featuring magnificent panoramic red rock views and awesome star gazing from the wooden balcony, it is a short walk to historic uptown Sedona with world-renowned artists' galleries, specialty shops and restaurants. Perfect for those on a spiritual quest, a romantic getaway, or an exploration of the areas' natural wonders. Afternoon refreshments, fresh cookies and breads are served.
Location: Near Hwy 89A and Wilson Canyon Rd.
Amenities: AC. Five charming guest rooms each have red rock views, private bath, cable TV, small refrigerator, clock radio, ceiling fan and cozy sitting area.
The "Eagle Room" ($165) is done in desert mountain hues with eagle prints and statuary, king bed, full bath with separate tub and shower, and access to outdoor enclosed social spa.
The "Kachina Room" ($145) done in Southwest pastels with Native American Kachinas has queen bed, stained glass lamps, fountain garden patio, bath with shower, and access to outdoor enclosed social spa.
The "Hummingbird Room" ($165) offers garden atmosphere with floral prints, hummingbird décor, two queen beds, sitting area on a wooden balcony with views of the mountains and hummingbird feeders, bath with shower and separate tub, and access to outdoor enclosed social spa.
The "Roadrunner Studio" ($210) done in a Southwest palette offers private entrance, king lodge-pole bed, gas fireplace, queen sofa-bed, panoramic mountain views, patio, large bath with shower fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and private outdoor enclosed spa.
The romantic "Wolf's Den" ($195) done in deep jewel tones with wold décor features king bed, queen Murphy bed, private entrance from flower-filled brick patio with a fountain, bath with shower, and private outdoor enclosed spa.

Rates: Double occupancy $145-210 plus tax. Add $15 for each additional person in room. During January, July and August deduct 10% for 2-night stays, deduct 15% for stays of 3 or more nights.
Breakfast: Full home-cooked gourmet breakfast.
Maximum number of guests: 16
Restrictions: No smoking, well-behaved children welcome in rooms that will accommodate them. No pets, innkeeper is happy to recommend a local kennel.
Deposit: Reservations are held for seven days pending receipt of deposit. A deposit of one nights' room rate plus tax is required for two nights or less. A deposit of 50% of the entire stay is required for 3 nights or more. Both are plus tax. All balances are due in full at check in time.
Cancellations: Cancellation must be made no later than 10 days prior to date of arrival for refund of deposit. With less than ten days notice, deposit is refunded only if the vacancy is filled for the entire time reserved. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee.
Check-in: 4-6 p.m. unless special arrangements are made with host
