Located
on three acres bordering Forest Service land, high above the valley
and immediately beneath Castle Rock, this newly constructed B&B is
less than a mile from two landmark red rock monuments; Bell Rock and
Courthouse Butte. In a quiet residential neighborhood rich in
wildlife, it is convenient to galleries, golf courses, spas,
restaurants, the discount mall, and major hiking and biking trails.
The combination of pure white walls, linens and coverlets with dark
woods is characteristic of Spanish interiors, and accessories present
an interesting mix of Mexican and Native American crafts and images.

Near Highway 179 and Bell Rock Blvd.
Amenities:
One room is on the first floor, four on the second floor. Each room
has
a queen bed. In addition, the Kokopelli and Mariposa contain twin
sleeper sofas and can sleep two people in separate beds or three
people in all.
Our
amenities address your every need. Enjoy luxury linens, mattress
pillow toppers, spa robes and towels, private baths with two-person
showers or two-person Jacuzzis, TVs, DVD and CD players, movie
library, phones, backpacks, and Wi-Fi inside and out. Bose iPod dock
and laptop computer are available upon request.
The
Yavapai ($225) on the first floor has a double whirlpool
tub and separate shower, plus a private porch and small patio looking
directly out at Bell Rock and Red Butte.
The
delightfully bright and airy Coconino ($225) on the
second floor has a double shower and beautiful views from inside the
room and from the private balcony.
The
Mariposa ($225) on the second floor faces east with a
private balcony overlooking red rock formations and green mesas.
With
a wall of windows, The Javelina ($225) on the second
floor has a large private balcony with commanding views and a double
shower. It is off a separate hall with the Kokopelli so that rented
together they form a private suite
The
Kokopelli ($250) has a large private balcony with the
same sweeping views, and a double whirlpool tub plus a separate
shower. It also has it’s own small sitting room with a desk, should
you need to work

Suite ($400) Kokopelli and Javelina: $400 per night
Rates:
D/$225-250. Singles deduct $25. Third person add $25. Returning guests
deduct $10. for each night. Plus tax.
Breakfast:
Full with one or more hot entrees served from 8-9 a.m. Vegetarian and
low-fat meals available on request. Coffee and breads available for
early risers.

Deposits
and Credit cards: A
valid Visa or MasterCard number is required to make a reservation;
however, no charges will be made until departure except for
reservations of five or more nights or three or more rooms in which
case we require a deposit of one-half the total charge.
Cancellations:
Should you decide to
cancel please give at least 10 days prior notice. For cancellations
with 5 days or less notification, one-half of the total room charge
will be withheld only if the room is not re-rented.
However,
the total room charge will be withheld if there is no cancellation
notification or if that notification occurs after noon on the day
prior to the arrival day. Early departures will be billed one-half the
total charge for the day(s) canceled only if the room is not
re-rented.
Minimum
stay: Two night minimum
(except that one night fill ins are always welcome) for Saturdays,
holidays, and high seasons (March, April, May, September, and October)
