at this exquisite Southwest design Inn, where you will be greeted by the aroma of home-
baked cookies and our welcoming staff. Created by an award-winning team of designers and
interior decorators, each elegantly appointed room provides the perfect atmosphere for
privacy and renewal. Spend the day exploring Sedona's beauty and then return to relax by
the fireplace or gather with other guests for afternoon refreshments. Between sunsets by
the heated pool and the unique surroundings, you'll wish your stay would never end.
Location: Near Dry Creek Rd. and Thunder Mountain Rd.
Amenities: Twelve rooms, all with king bed and four with sofa sleepers for third
guest. Each newly constructed room has a separate entrance, cozy fireplace, telephone, TV,
large private balcony or patio framing red rock views, tiled shower, and two-person jetted
tub (in 11 of the rooms). Traditional, romantic, sunny, imaginative, tranquil - you'll
find a room for every taste. For group bookings, maximum 4 rooms per booking.
Rates: $149-235 double occupancy. $25 for 3rd person. Add $10 for Friday and
Saturday night. Plus tax. Check for seasonal specials.

Maximum number of guests: 28
Minimum stay: 1 night week days, 2 nights weekends
Restrictions: No pets (we can recommend a kennel), no smoking, children 10+ welcome
Deposit: Deposit equal to 1 nights stay or 50% of total required to confirm
reservation. If paying by check, full payment must be received within 7 days. Credit card
deposits processed at time of booking. Final payment due on arrival.
Cancellation Policies: Fifteen days notice before arrival is necessary for a full
refund, less $25/room handling fee. No refunds on cancellations of 14 days or less, unless
the room(s) is re- booked, then the cancellation fee applies.
