This romantic B&B just outside the city limits is in a quiet residential area with excellent views of the red rock formations. Choose from sightseeing, hiking, hot air balloon rides, horseback riding, or shopping at the quaint village of Tlaquepaque with outstanding galleries featuring world-renown artists. Within a 10-minute drive are golf courses, tennis, and swimming. Excellent restaurants and entertainment abound.
Location: On upper Red Rock Loop, near 89A
Amenities: AC. The elegant "Sedona Suite" ($165) with queen bed, adjoining bath with large whirlpool tub and marble shower, was designed so that guests could enjoy the incredibly beautiful red rock formations, including the Cathedral Rock formation, one of the most photographed places in Arizona. There is a TV, and "library" with pamphlets and guides to inform you of what is happening in Sedona.
The "Southwestern Rose" ($145) has an adjustable bed that can be king size or convert into two twin beds. The room is tastefully decorated and has a TV and phone for local or credit card calls. The adjoining bath has with tub/shower.
The third room, "The Collectors Room", used only in combination with "The Southwestern Rose"
($185 for both rooms), is ideal for a party of two, three or four persons. It has a double bed, radio, phone and shares the bath with "The Southwestern Rose". The room is home to the doll collection and is a happy place to spend a night.
Hot and cold beverages offered during the day. Computer and fax available.
Host interests: Woodworking and people.
Rates: $145-185. Plus tax.
Breakfast: Full served between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. Time may be adjusted with prior arrangements. Special dietary requirements must be specified at the time the reservations are made.
Maximum number of guests: 7
Minimum stay: Two nights on weekends
Restrictions: Smoking outside, no pets, children possible with prior arrangements (port-a-crib, high chair, and play pen available).
Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment in full for one night's stay, or of 50% of the total for stays of 2 nights or more required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival (or by credit card if host accepts them). At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
Check-in time: 3:00-6:00 p.m. Other times with advance arrangements.
