this quiet, secluded oasis of greenery, conveniently located minutes
from hiking trails, shops, world class galleries and restaurants, Red
Rock State Park and the magical vortex sites of Boynton Canyon and
Cathedral Rock. Enjoy one of the 4 common patio areas with a view of
6,700-foot Thunder Mountain. The host couple enjoys helping their
guests in their plans to experience Sedona. Massages can be arranged
on premises.

Amenities:
This beautifully decorated Inn features rooms and one two-bedroom
"Guest House", all on the first floor, TV/VCR, high-speed
internet, (bring your own computer or borrow their laptop),
refrigerator stocked with soft drinks, bottled water and juices. The
taxes are included in the rates. As of January 1, 2007, they no longer
serve breakfast.
The
"Red Room" ($129.) has a queen bed, bath with tub/shower and
shares a private deck with the "Blue Room" which has a king
bed ($129.) and a bath with tub/shower. The king bed can be converted
into twin beds ($139.)
The
very spacious "Ryan Room" has a kitchenette with microwave
and coffeepot, fireplace, sitting area and views of Capitol Butte from
the entry breezeway. It has an extra large king bed ($169.), bath with
tub/shower. The "Ryan Room" can accommodate three persons.
If guests want an extra twin bed in the room, the rate is $189.
The
"Guest House" has a large living-dining room, fireplace, two
bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom 1 has a bath with
shower en suite. Bedroom 2 has a private bath in the hall with tub and
shower. Each bedroom has a private exit to a deck and the back yard. 2
persons, one bedroom, king bed $219. 2 persons, one bedroom, twin beds
$235. 2 persons both bedrooms $250. 3 or 4 persons $300.
Guests
are welcome in the common lounge area, which features an extensive
library of books and informative videos or they can enjoy the
out-of-doors in any of the four patio areas.

Maximum
number of guests: 11.
Minimum
stay: 2 days (if
available) required on weekends and holidays
Restrictions:
No smoking, no pets,
children accepted in the Ryan Room and the Guest House with certain
restrictions.
Reservations:
Prepayment of deposit within five days of booking reserves your room.
Two-night stay or less: payment in full. Three or more nights: one
half of the total billing or three nights billing, whichever is more.
Payment by check, travelers check, or money order (no credit cards
accepted).
Cancellation
policy: Full refund for
stays of 3 days or less if hosts are notified of cancellation no later
than five days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are
subject to a $25 service fee.
