It is well located - convenient to the beautiful canyons and activities of Sedona, yet away from the crowded part of town. The outdoor "Celebration Terrace" is a lovely place to dine and relax. Guests enjoy swimming pool and fitness center privileges, and in-room massage and other indulgences can be arranged. An ideal setting for outdoor weddings. The superb chef skillfully prepares afternoon hors d'oeuvres, light evening desserts, and sumptuous 5-course breakfasts.

Rates: $160-$295 plus tax. Third person and children 11+ accommodated at an additional cost of $30/night.
Breakfast: Five-course gourmet. Professional catering is available for meetings, conferences and receptions.
Minimum stay: Two nights most weekends and holidays
Maximum number of guests: 29
Restrictions: No smoking inside the Lodge at any time. Well-behaved guest dogs by prior arrangement. Children over 11 years welcome at $30 extra person charge.
Check in: 4-8:30 p.m. Arrangements must be made for late arrivals. Luggage may be stored for guests arriving earlier.
Check out: 11 a.m.
Deposit: Pre-payment fifty percent of the total booking, or the cost on one night's stay, whichever is greater, by credit card will confirm your reservation with the balance due upon arrival. For bookings within 14 days of arrival, 100% payment is required.
Cancellation: Cancellations made up to two weeks (14 days) before the arrival date will result in a full refund of the deposit, less a $30 administrative fee per room. Cancellations made within the 14-day period before arrival will result in the forfeiture of the entire cost of the booking unless all nights are re-booked. Should it be necessary for guests to depart earlier than the confirmed departure date, or change reservations in any way, guests will be responsible for the full amount of the intended stay unless all nights are re-booked. Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to a $30 administrative fee. Trip insurance is highly recommended.
