Gracious hostess welcomes you to a lovely, serene contemporary home on a quiet
cul de sac with views of red rock formations. It is close to the national forest, hiking,
golf and shopping.
Location: 10 miles from I-17, 2 miles from AZ Highway 179, 6 miles from the center of
Sedona.
Amenities: AC. The guest room has a private full hall bath
and queen bed. Fax, washer and dryer are available. Guests are welcome in the living room and on the large patio.
Hostess: is an artist who enjoys hiking, reading and traveling.
Rates: Queen room $85. Add $10 for one night stay. Weekly rates 10% less. Monthly rates negotiable.
Breakfast: Continental-plus, stocked for self-catering. Can accommodate special dietary needs.

Maximum Number of Guests: 2
Minimum Stay: 2 nights
Restrictions: No smoking, no pets, no children
Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment of 50% of the total
required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
