This
well-planned 750 square foot guest suite is a luxury "home away
from home" which has just the right touch of American country
decor. Friendly, helpful host couple welcomes guests to a private,
quiet guest suite built in 2006. It has a private entrance, large
living room, bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen, shower and French
doors to the patio and seasonal pool. The host couple live in the main
house on the same acreage.
The
guest suite is within 20 minutes of Sky Harbor Airport. Nearby, guests
enjoy the upscale Kierland Commons open-air shopping center offering
more than 70 popular retailers and a splendid selection of restaurants
with cuisines from around the world. Old Scottsdale offers art
galleries, shops, restaurants, and craft stores that reflect local
culture. It is a short distance away from Frank Lloyd Wright’s
Taliesin West and the February Arabian Horse Show. Mayo Hospital is 10
minutes away and Mayo Clinic is 25 minutes away.

Amenities:
You enter the suite through a private entrance where a bowl of fresh
fruit welcomes you. The large living room has a queen size sleeper
sofa and a comfortable recliner, cable TV and a telephone. An internet
connection is available. The suite has its own air conditioning and
heat controls and there are ceiling fans in the living room and
bedroom.
The
bedroom has a queen size bed with two large mirrored closets and
French doors leading out to your patio with table, chairs, and
umbrella. In the backyard is a sparkling diving pool for use May
through September.
The
kitchen has a full size refrigerator stocked with various soft drinks
and bottled water, stove with oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and
all cooking utensils. The walk-in shower is surrounded with beautiful
beige ceramic tiles
Rates:
June, July, August $100/night. September through May $200/night per
couple. No charge for children under 10 years of age. Each additional
guest is $15.00/night. Weekly and
monthly
rates negotiable.

Breakfast supplies stocked for 2 days self catering.

Restrictions:
Smoking on patio. Children are welcome but must be attended and
supervised at all times in the home and around pool area. Small pet
(under 15 pounds) possible. Host couple has a 10-pound Yorkie and
outside cat.
Deposit:
Fifty percent is required at the time reservation is made. Mi Casa Su
Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards.
Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of
a check, if this method of deposit is preferred. If staying one month,
the remainder is due in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. For
longer stays a month’s payment is due at the beginning of each
additional month.
Cancellations:
If cancellation occurs 30 or more days prior to arrival, the deposit
will be refunded minus a $25.00 service charge. Within the 30 day
period, the deposit minus $25 will be issued only if we are able to
re-rent the accommodations for the entire period of your reservation.
